Al Pastor Taqueria is passion project that was established during the quarantine period of the Pandemic in 2020. We noticed there was a lack of taco options available for delivery, especially in our area in QC. So one Tuesday night, we cooked Mexican Street-Style tacos. We probably cooked about 100+ tacos until we finally got it perfect! It was so good that we decided to share it with everyone!
